5. Can I request a specific vehicle?

Yes, you can request a specific vehicle, subject to availability.

6. How far in advance should I book a limousine?

We recommend booking 90 days to 6 months in advance, depending on the occasion. The earlier you book, the better your chances of securing the exact limousine you want.

7. Do you offer flat or hourly rates?

We offer both flat rates and hourly pricing, depending on the type of service and occasion.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Cash app payment options will be available soon.

9. Are drinks and food allowed in the limousines?

Yes, drinks and food are allowed. Please consult with us beforehand.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to your reservation.

  • Cancellations within two weeks: a credit will be issued for future use
  • Same-day cancellations: no refunds or credits
